The Neutral Circle

----- THE PRINCIPLE OF POLITICAL FOUNDATION -----We, as their younger generations, have the responsibility to protect the country, protect the foundation, and have the duty to contribute ideas and theories to improve the country foundations. Most people thought the green party or independent party is the one to replace the 2 main parties when they are conflicted, but they have no opportunity or too hard to replace when both main parties get conflicted. The Political of United States has been declared as political corruption in year 2020 election. I came up with the Neutral Political Foundation Model (The Unifiedism Theory) right after the political corruption declaration with the new flag with Neutral Circle not belong to any parties for Vietnam where I was born and the Neutral Political Foundation Model for United States where I live. These something of contributions are not for sell but the ideas, the suggestions for the country to improve to "Make America Great Again!" as president Donald Trump repeatedly vowed for during his election in year 2020 in his public speech during the campaign! The main Political Foundation Principle is, For Republic: The country strong, then people rich. Democracy: The people rich, then country strong. Both of these two theories of political foundation must be balanced in the equation of time and the society. This is the reason why we have two political parties, Democracy and Republic. The Republican party wants the country strong and usually control import, export and due with other countries like wars, embargo, and other country control policies. The Democractic party wants the people rich and peaceful with more job creations before due with other countries for import, export or wars, embargo and other country control policies. However, both parties are not well working together and sometimes may cause political corruption and lead the country to collapse or could lead the country to a civil war or even worse could lead the country to a silent dead end. So, with the Neutral Circle Political Foundation model, the country will be stronger and prevent all these worst cases could happen. This Neutral Circle Political Foundation model will control and tune both parties to the best direction if there are conflict.
----- THE NEW POLITICAL FOUNDATION MODEL -----The house of representatives are odd number with one leader so will never have even votes. This central nerve inner circle will be the brain of the country or the country central intelligence. This central intelligence should have all areas of knowledge for entire country as well as the whole world. And, no need to have vice president since this model is strong political model with self-manage and self-grown. Both parties, Democracy and Republic should be coexist, and both parties should have their own Organization and supported by the Government with equal assets allocation. However, each party can demonstrate their own campaign and public speeches to gain more support and contribute both in money and works from the people to build up their own party. This is the self-manage and self-grown Political Model which will help the country with this central nerve (inner circle) to have match and debate with maximum of 25% candidates from outside when the new president is elected. The inner circle will have maximum of 25% to be the candidates to debate with the candidates from the elected president to be challenged to replace for a better and strong political foundation model. This model can be applied to military or other organizations to have a strong and centralize the intelligence. A Great Nation!
----- SOME BACKGROUND & HISTORY OF POLITICAL SYSTEMS -----What is Communism? Communism is the political system that controls the economic of the country by communities and similarly to the socialism which local governments control all businesses locally and hand the the country government. The businesses are controlled by the local governments and the country government which do not provide opportunities for individuals to challenges for better products for businesses. The economic without businesses challenging would be poor for entire country. I experienced living through childhood time in the country with the Communism system within 1980s decade when the economic collapsed and has been changed several times and still not success... What is Capitalism? Capitalism is the political system that controls the economic of the country with business challenges for individuals, business owners can have a chance to challenge with their own idea for better products. The government collects tax money from the business owners and the workers to govern the country. Whatever the political system is, the economic is very important, and this is the mineral for entire country. Both Socialism and Communism are collapsed for the reason of poor economic, poor of country mineral and ended up with less resources, less talents. However, Capitalism is good for economic but businesses without owners are the signs or heading closer to one of the Communism or Socialism, and would lead the country to collapse similarly to the Socialism and Communism for the reasons of less business challenging which leads to less resources, less talents. Beside the economic, the political monopoly power or unfair political system with abused power or unfairly treated between parties or between organizations or between departments or between government and the people which will create angry which may lead to dividing of the country or to dividing of the benefits that lead to betray the country… For a Great Nation, the country should be unified in political system with the Neutral Circle which can watch both sides of the political parties and both parties have opportunities to raise their concerns to correct the Neutral Circle or other party or the current President to prevent unfairly treated or taking advantage of political power. The Neutral Circle Political Foundation Model with business challenges for individuals that was desired in Capitalism model would be the best for the complex world today with many different careers, different kind of businesses, different tradings between countries...
